Patti Smith Group Backstage - Archival Fine Art Print Signed by the Photographer

November 10, 2025, marks fifty years since Patti Smith released "Horses", her first studio album, on Arista Records. Smith, supported by her regular backing band, recorded the album at Electric Lady Studios in September 1975 with former Velvet Underground musician John Cale as producer. The month following the album release Patti and her band performed at The Bottom Line in Greenwich Village. This is my photo of Patti and the band joined backstage by John Cale after the performance.
